SIP Trunking Services
SIP Gateway Service provides origination of local and long distance calls from the PSTN to our extensive VoIP network. Termination of both local and long distance calls (domestic, international, or both) from the VoIP network to the PSTN also leverages our carrier's expansive domestic and international TDM network.
How It Works:
SIP Gateway Service accepts media traffic signals using native SIP over Dedicated Internet Access service. Our service interoperates with SIP on other networks so that your subscriber services are seamless. Multiple configuration options give you the flexibility to customize your service offerings to meet customer needs.
Availability
The SIP Gateway Service network addresses over 75% of the U.S. population across the 2500+ rate centers supported.
SIP Gateway Service has various monthly recurring charges (MRCs) as well as non-recurring charges (NRCs) for specific services offered. Please contact us for further details.

Ordering Features:
Web Based Portal for Order Processing:
For customers with lower order volumes, we provide a Web-based portal (Portfolio) that makes submitting and checking service orders a snap. Customers are fully trained on all processes and procedures to help you get up and running in no time.
Bulk File Upload:
The bulk file upload option enables customers to submit multiple service orders contained within a single Excel™ file provided to Verizon via the Portfolio Portal.
Web Service API:
Our secure and standards based API allow our customers to integrate our ordering system directly into their back-end business support systems. This solution is ideal for customers with high volumes of service orders.

Directory Listing:
Directory Listings (DL) are available with all three of the configurations offered. One DL is provided at no additional charge.
Enhanced 911:
Enhanced 911 (E911) Services are supported with 2-Way Local and 2-Way Complete configurations. E911 services are available as an additional feature of the telephone number with a separate monthly recurring charge (MRC). Alternatively you can utilize another vendor for E911 services and therefore choose not to order the E911 feature.
Line Information Database:
Line Information Database (LIDB) services are included and provided as part of the service MRC.
Local Number Portability:
Local Number Portability (LNP) is supported and maintained by Verizon as part of the SIP Gateway Service offering.

Calling Name:
Calling Name (CNAM) is supported for all outbound calls
Discretionary Call Blocking:
Discretionary Call Blocking supports blocking of calls for each subscriber account. Call types include inbound, local, LD, collect, directory assistance, 900/976, and third party calls.
Directory Assistance:
Directory Assistance (DA) calls are supported for 2-Way configurations. Branded DA services are also available for an additional fee and is a separate product offering.
Operator Services:
Operator Services (POS) calls are supported for 2-Way configurations. Branded OS services are also available for an additional fee and is a separate product offering.
Enhanced Fraud Detection:
Enhanced fraud detection provides monitoring and tracking of fraudulent traffic. This capability allows us to notify customers and help block fraudulent and costly traffic.
Foreign Telephone Number Assignment:
Foreign Telephone Number Assignment provides the ability of assigning domestic U.S. telephone numbers to your subscribers regardless of geographic location. As an example, a customer in Los Angeles, CA could have a Chicago, IL telephone number.
Seasonal Pricing:
Seasonal pricing feature allows for your subscribers to maintain a telephone number for locations such as a vacation home, where they only require usage during part of the year. Seasonal Pricing allows the user to maintain and keep the same number year-round at a reduced rate.

G.711: Uncompressed full-quality G.711 is supported.
